4. Holding weights while lying down.
Similar to when you are sitting, holding weights while lying down requires that you find a place to lay flat and rigid. Taking a weight in each hand, extend your arms out from your body so that they are at 90 degree angles. Hold the weights above the ground for as long as you can.

5. The dreaded push ups.
Push ups can be a real pain, but their ability to help enhance breasts is well known. Make sure you place your hands flat, keep your back rigid, and keep your back straight as you use your hands to lift your body.
