Tips to Improve the Sperm Count: Causes, Treatment and Home RemediesIt is a sad truth that the stresses of our lives affect our bodies. And, from obesity to diabetes to even depression, these stresses can have long lasting and significant impacts on our lives. One additional problem that receives far less attention in the media is men’s sperm count and male infertility.

Roughly 6% of men between fifteen years of age and fifty are infertile, yet the number of men struggling to have children is significantly higher. As a result, about forty percent of partners will struggle with this problem, making it one of the first things that should be looked at when trying to start a pregnancy.

So what can we do? Well, there are a number of techniques for making you more fertile. Pregnancy is all based around the number of sperm you can ejaculate during sex. The average is about 40 million in order to ensure a pregnancy. You may not know it, but there are many things we do every day that lower that number.

Below are a few tips to helping increase that number and help you continue with your life.
1. It can all come down to timing. In the morning, the sperm levels for men are at their highest. Having sex then increases your chances.

2. Blood circulation is critical for the production and delivery of sperm. As a result, massaging these areas on the body can increase your chances.

3. Focus on living healthy. Being overweight or having a poorly rounded diet will decrease your sperm amounts. Eat some vegetables! Seriously though, make sure you are receiving your recommended levels of vitamins and minerals. In addition, daily exercise is known to help.

4. Along a similar vein to #3, try and stop activities that hurt your body and immune system. Excessive drinking and smoking re both known to decrease sperm counts.

5. Watch what you wear, seriously. Ill-fitting underwear will heat up your testicles killing off sperm. Make sure you wear lose fitting cloths prior to sex.

6. Cut down on the amount of sex you have or the number of times you masturbate. Each time you have an orgasm, you temporarily reduce the number of sperm you have.

7. And finally, relax! Anxiety and apprehension can have serious affects on your ability to produce sperm. Try to meditate or use yoga to help relax your body.
